HOW TO AVOID DEPRESSION


         
      
          So many people confused about and affected by depression. Those people already got strain from depression so doesn’t think how to overcome from this problem. Here I wrote some points for you to avoid depression from my point of view and my experience as well. The points are
1.       Punctual
2.       Discipline
3.       Accept the mistakes
4.       Be confident
5.       Use genuine words

1. PUNCTUAL

                “Punctuality is the soul of the business” – Charles Haliburton
              In the business world punctual is main topic because if they mess an appointment for late they lost their business and a client as well. If you are a business man, employee or some other professional, follow the punctuality it gives you the dignity. I remember one sentence from a book “its great reach the meeting place before 3 hour but bad even 1 minute late”.  Everyone wants punctual who are waiting for a bus but think before really we follow it correctly?

2. DISCIPLINE
                Most powerful way to avoid depression is discipline. When you are do anything with discipline manner don’t worry about anyone or anything because we did it in a correct way. If you are followed the rules correctly then no one shouldn’t ask you. In your business or work should follow the disciplinary moves gives you great personality and clients as well.

3. ACCEPT THE MISTAKES
                Most of the people feel depressed while they are try to hide the mistakes. If you did a mistake and try to escape from it means definitely you got depression. Just think in a positive way, once the mistake was happen and told that to your higher officials suddenly, then the problem was solved, may be they warns/scolds you that’s not a problem because you are worries are gone. After that you are free, if they noticed your mistake later means you are struck in a trap and face enquiries maybe its gate for past mistakes too.  Sometimes its affect or destroys your promotion/hike easily.

4. BE CONFIDENT
                “If you do anything in the world with confident definitely It will meet success”. These sentence said by winners who are changed the world or changed their world. Normally you see some people are easily attracts others because of their genuine attitude, these characters are not come from overnight, it is a evolution of their good habits. People like more who are speech with confident and look like cool. Be confident always towards the success easily.

5. USE GENUINE WORDS

                In tirukkural tiruvalluvar said “word has a power to harms the people heart easily”. If you are not using polite words while conversations easily people rejects you. One research results said most of the employees hate their managers because of their un-polite words. Every people like the person who are using polite words. Most of the persons like requests and obey but not accepts the orders. When you are using polite words then depression can’t touch you.

HOW TO OVERCOME FROM DEPRESSION


               
         In the world has different kind of people, culture, places, languages, environment work and etc. In this modern life most of the people affect by depression. Depression is one kind of mind problem it came from different sides but most commonly

1.       Work
2.       Family
3.       Environment

When if a person feels depression he/she doesn’t concentrate the work and affect the health also. So here I give some point to you how overcome from depression.

1. TAKE A SMALL BREAK

                If you feel depression at your work place just go for a walk within the floor or walk few feet and have some water. If your office located in a good environmental place means just go upstairs and have some fresh air and enjoys the nature for few minutes may be it will take 3 or 5 minutes. In the other hand just have a coffee, tea, cool drinks or something else. Taking a small break like this may change your mind set and it will give your mind refresh and relaxation as well.

2. SPEAK WITH YOUR FRIENDS/COLLEAGUES

               
 Every people in this world have friends and colleagues. If you are in depressed mind or feel disturbed your mind not working in a good manner. So that time you will speak with your friends/colleagues and share your thoughts what will disturbs you it gives you really good impact. Because once share your thoughts with others your mind got some clarity and peace. Then automatically you and your mind relaxed.


3. READING SELF CONFIDENTIAL BOOKS

                Books are really having magical wings it easily change your place of mind. Who are now great place in this world their big hobbit was “READING BOOKS”. Lot of good books is available in the world for our concerns. In the other part, no I am not interested to read a book, if you try some magazines what you like that also relax you. If you read a book means that place is very silence if the place is silence then your mind also hugs the silence easily.

4. DRAW SOME PICTURES

                The world famous psychiatrists are said drawings are reflects our mind thoughts. If writing drawings is one of your hobbies means you are gifted. Because researchers are said who are write drawings they are have more memory power comparing others. When you are feel depressed start write drawings or if you interest in paintings that also more welcome.

5. HEARING SOME GOOD MUSIC

               
 Music is most powerful medium in the world relaxing our mind easily. Listening songs really good to improve our memory and change our mind set also. People like different kind of music like pop, rock, melody but definitely everyone should like music and that easily occupy our mind. Who are moaning a songs loudly the surrounding people are noticed and they come to know that person feels happy. So when you are feeling depressed hear good songs or good instrumental tunes.
