1. TAKE A SMALL BREAK
If you feel depression at your work place
just go for a walk within the floor or walk few feet and have some water. If
your office located in a good environmental place means just go upstairs and
have some fresh air and enjoys the nature for few minutes may be it will take 3
or 5 minutes. In the other hand just have a coffee, tea, cool drinks or
something else. Taking a small break like this may change your mind set and it
will give your mind refresh and relaxation as well.
2. SPEAK WITH YOUR FRIENDS/COLLEAGUES

book, if you try some magazines what you like that also relax you. If you read
a book means that place is very silence if the place is silence then your mind
also hugs the silence easily.

are said drawings are reflects our mind thoughts. If writing drawings is one of
your hobbies means you are gifted. Because researchers are said who are write
drawings they are have more memory power comparing others. When you are feel
depressed start write drawings or if you interest in paintings that also more
welcome.
